I called him because of his high rating. Tim was a nice guy. I don't believe he moved my recliner one of the worst stained area. I just spent a half hour on my knees scrubing out stains. Somewhat dissipointed.
Tim Berg at ProDry does an amazing job on our carpets, area rugs, and upholstery. We have him come every summer!
The man was courteous & got right to work. He did a GREAT job on the carpet. I will definitely use ProDry again!
