Great team moral, but will overcharge money for the work performed and will threaten to sue with legal papers even if insurance is taking their time. I will not use again after being put in debt. Contract is made so you can make threats more than help people.

If I could give 0☆ I would, they cut out out more wall then they needed too and charge almost 18k for a 1300 sqrtft place. Definitely making up charges so they can have a tip for lack of work done!!!!!! Do not use unless your prepared to overpay for service that they under delivered.

I had a huge leak in my bedroom ceiling. I was able to get an appointment quickly when I called. The service agreement, service providers were wonderful and prompt, professional and caring. It was a good experience during a crises time. Maureen Martin
