If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is terrible, extremely dirty, the staff is rude, and everyone in the office seems to just sit in their office on their cell phones.
Tarboro Health and Rehab is a Sandstone Health community which stands out for several reasons. I wouldn’t recommend you to send your loved one here. My mother was here and every time I came by to check on her she would be wet. They didn’t watch her while she ate her food knowing she had dementia and could forget to swallow she ended up going to the hospital after choking.
My dad was assigned rehab twice. The staff is pleasant and facility is clean. I was pleased with care my dad received while in the rehab. They took good care of my dad.
