Nick did a fantastic job, very helpful and professional. Had some administrative issues dealing with the office, but once they’re on site Prodigy is great.
Trent at Prodigy Plumbing came out and unclogged our drain. He gave us options shorter and longer term and prices for such work. Plumbing is one of those things like electrical which I really want to be sure I have a professional working on. These guys are honest and they’re pros. If you don’t want to worry about future plumbing surprises, hire them.
Came to do an inspection and were really nice and thorough! They spent a lot of time looking through everything, taking apart things if needed to get to the insides, and put everything back and tested it all to make sure it was all good. Our attic was hot too, but they worked hard and made sure to look through everything. Thanks for the hard, honest work.
Nick was like a big cartoon character, he belongs in Disneyland, maybe they’ll hire him as Goofy! It was a great experience having Nick fix our AC. He went over possible issues and explained proper care and maintenance for our unit. It wasn’t easy, but they got the job done. Thank you!
My sink was leaking and Prodigy Plumbing scheduled a visit on the same day. Trent (the technician/plumber) who visited us was amazing. He was able to figure out the problem really quickly and gave a quick and cheap solution. And the diagnosis was free! I will definitely reach out to Prodigy Plumbing and Trent for all future plumbing repairs.
