I've been a member of Prodigy for a few years now and highly recommend it. The best thing I did was sign up for the free training session with Chris. He gave me a tour of the gym and showed me how to use some of the equipment. I've been to a lot of gyms, and I really like the culture at Prodigy. Long story short: If you want the most out of your workouts, come to Prodigy. You’ll leave knowing you had one of your best workouts, every time. Long story long: When I first walked into this gym, I was super intimidated. There were machines everywhere, everyone looked like they knew what they were doing, and the atmosphere felt intense.
