The guy arrived on time, and his estimate of how long it would take was rather accurate! He was quick but careful, and when asked about the cleaning, he provided accurate information. I examined the vents and found them to be clean. The price was just what we expected.

This was my first experience having the carpets cleaned professionally. The overall experience was GREAT! Rex is friendly and knowledgeable.
