I’ve been a manager at a climate control storage for 15+ years. There have been so many technicians come through here it would make your head spin. I have had the pleasure of working with Melcher and Luis over the past 3 days. They were professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, KIND, informative and did it all with a big smile on their faces. Thank you both for being #1 as far as I’m concerned. You both need promotions and raises.

Luis Ruiz was a knowledgeable and friendly representative for Prodigy. I am thankful for his attention to detail saving me money preventing more issues down the road. I highly recommend Luis to get the job done right the first time; It's clear he takes pride in his work! Thank you!
