Carrie is awesome and professional with customer service and courtesy beyond others that I have seen in this industry. I will come here specifically because she makes me feel at home and welcomed!
Food was good but the order was wrong. Instead of immediately fixing it, the manager thought it better to argue with me. He did correct it but arguing with customers when you're in the wrong is not a great way to retain business. Might explain why there were open tables on a Friday night.
Stick to getting a burger! I got the wrap and it was bad. Almost like someone threw the ingredients and half wrapped the wrap! How do you mess up rolling a wrap?
