I see that some of you have experienced what I went through with D********. He is deceitful. He only wants draws (money), and he will not oversee the work. He had all kinds of people in my house. He hires subs and does not pay them. One sub, he got off of **********. D******** even fooled my husband, and he's normally a very good judge of character. Hired to do deck remodeling. Was stated that they only handle 3 projects at a time. Mr D******* stated he would be on the contract site at regular basis to monitor the project,yet he only shows appears when he wants a check for progress. My deck is not finished after several calls and he has stated he is moving on to other projects but he has "not forgotten about me". The worst contractor I've ever dealt with; every mistake he makes will be your fault. His good reviews on some sites are deceiving. The price was fair for a good quality job. But it was far from quality work. The fence posts were all installed crooked; no 3 posts were in nearly a straight line; the spacing was inconsistent (8-12 feet between posts). Pictures are worth a million words. My experience using this company was horrible. First, he told me this was a 7 day project but it was 2 months and still was not completed. Secondly, please check him for references and make sure he and his employees are licensed co tractors because they really didn't know what they were doing. Thirdly, do not pay him in installments, go with him to buy materials and please don't get fooled by him saying he's a Man of God. His company is a JOKE. They have done Interior & Exterior Painting, Siding, Roofing and total interior rehabs that included floors, Drywall, Kitchens & Bathes, We have used them for the last 2 years and they've never disappointed us. ***,
