Excellent experience with Dr Mel! Dr Mel made me feel at ease and so comfortable for my treatment. Everything was explained in great detail and Dr Mel made sure I understood before proceeding so I knew what to expect. I was also thrilled to be able to utilise my smile dental membership here. The appointment process was quick and easy to book.
Mel is the loveliest dentist ever! Not only is she very kind and knowledgable, she also has an incredible amount of manual skill. Highly recommended
I went here for emergency dental (pericoronitis) a couple months ago. Mel was great, did a great job. communicates very well, and happy to answer any questions I had. I've been back since for a clean and a filling. Very happy each visit, and very impressed with the filling I got today, she took photos during the procedure, and the after photos are very impressive, I couldn't even notice the filling.
I have been attending Prodental for two years and I am always very impressed by the service - which is professional and friendly within a pristine clinical setting. My dentist always explains comprehensively my treatment and any investigations I need and I am delighted to have such an excellent dental service within easy reach of where I live.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. During a procedure to fix one of my teeth, Dr.Naghmeh accidentally caused a crack in the composite of the adjacent tooth. When I brought this to their attention, they completely denied any responsibility and refused to acknowledge that the damage happened during my treatment.
