Prodan Construction was hired to mow an approximate 8 acre meadow to remove high grass and invasives and reduce fire danger. They provided a detailed bid which explained their price in detail. They were very responsive to any questions. They kept us in the loop, showed up as per the schedule, and completed the work in two days. Both Joe and Mike were a pleasure to work with. The work was completed on time and on budget. I am very happy with the work and would use them again.

I hired Prodan Construction to handle the demolition of a house in Gresham. From the beginning they were very professional and thoroughly explained the process. They gave us a detailed bid and handled the Asbestos sampling process quickly. 2021: Fantastic contractors! I've really struggled to find honest, hardworking, fairly priced, general contractors that have good communication. Prodan checks all these boxes. They are excellent communicators, easy to work with, and own up to their mistakes (on the very slim chance it happens). They have handled two manufactured home demolitions, asbestos abatement, a fence build, water utilities work, and some electrical utilities work for me.
