I hired Prodan Construction to handle the demolition of a house in Gresham. From the beginning they were very professional and thoroughly explained the process. They gave us a detailed bid and handled the Asbestos sampling process quickly. 2021: Fantastic contractors! I've really struggled to find honest, hardworking, fairly priced, general contractors that have good communication. Prodan checks all these boxes. They are excellent communicators, easy to work with, and own up to their mistakes (on the very slim chance it happens). They have handled two manufactured home demolitions, asbestos abatement, a fence build, water utilities work, and some electrical utilities work for me. Prodan Construction did excavation and removal/disposal of about 30 yards of dirt along the side of my property. They were responsive throughout and took care of everything, even staying longer and going the extra mile to get the job done. In the end, they saved me quite a bit of money over doing it myself. Great experience.
