Fred is a very knowledgeable tuner and delivers consistent, quality results. He tuned my 1199S about seven years ago, so I went back to him for my new MT-10 SP. The bike runs noticeably better, and he adjusted the maps to suit how I wanted it to feel rather than just using a generic setup. He also picked up an issue with my LV link pipe — the fitment wasn’t right even though it was sold as correct for the MY23 MT-10 SP — and helped work through a solution. S tier skills at tuning my bike. Went from loss of torque and horsies, to BROOM BRAAAPAAAAPAPPAPPPPAAAAAAA and it's a Harley. Don't know how he and the team magicianed that bike, but I now have a 100% strike rate when inserting USB's. Thanks so much guys (and super cute lady Naomi) You guys rock. Can't recommend enough!
