They lobbed off so much of my length without consulting on how much to take off. Asked if they could give me a layer to give me a “style”. Proceeded to brush my curly hair into a knot at the top of my head and chop said knot off. Layers as short and shorter than my face framing pieces. My shadow looks like a literal dick head. 5 minutes was all it took for them to butcher my hair. I was desperate for a cut before vacation. Am still wearing a hat daily to this day. Tipped. Left. I asked for my hair to be cut at least 6 inches and the lady barely took off an inch when I asked to have a little bit more cut. She completely dismissed me and did the same for my nine-year-old daughter.

Got hair cut by a stylist thatcould not be less pleasant, quick cut, never showed me a rear view, never ak if I wanted product,never looked up when I tipped her, just a miserable person.
