move out from century tower at the end of July, and still haven't received the security deposit. I have been emailing them but they are not responding. the worst real estate company ever. If I don't receive anything, I will file tenancy disputes.
Moved into central tower aug 1. Was not informed building was changing management companies. Paid rent to procura, have emails saying it would be handled internally and transferred to new management company m. Going on 12 days later and it still hasn’t been handled. Can’t get ahold of anyone at procura either. A real lesson in how not to manage properties / do business.
Rented a unit at Le Louvre building for 2 years. Most of my time there was fine, over priced for the size but the place worked for what it was. When moving out Procura brings in a ‘Bad Cop’ property manager to enter my suite multiple times with precisely 24hrs emailed notice to do pre move out inspections where they belittled me in my home and claimed I would not be able to afford the cost of their painters. Money hungry and unethical business practices, taking advantage of foreign students and the unknowing for their financial gain. They have purposely put forward exciisive charges on a move out report, and after seeking legal counsel and notifying the company of them being in the wrong, there still wanting to fight in court to keep every nickel and dime possible.
