Worst site ever, would give 0 if possible. Was flagged for cheating, which I already showed them where my phone was, across the room in the bathroom. I have Grave's disease so my eyes veer off before I realize it and the administrator flagged me for misconduct... I made a C, LOL. I don't need the class, for my degree. Have applied to nursing school and due to this issue, I probably will not get in, since my record is on academic integrity hold. I have hired a lawyer!!

Garbage I tried to take an exam using ProctorU. It did not work. First I tried using the computer that passed their equipment test. Then my second PC had camera issues, allegedly. The ProctorU technician said my camera was disconnected. I was unable to take the exam. Later in the day, Best Buy did a test and found my camera and mic are working perfectly. Run away from ProctorU and any institution that uses it.

Absolutely horrible experience... My first compliant is the fact that while paying thousands of dollars in tuition we are required to pay EXTRA to write our own exams... ridiculous!!!! Also, privacy is a huge concern of mine as you must sign over privileges of your own personal computer to a complete stranger on the internet... The proctor went through all of the prompts for me.. including clicking all of the agreements which I did not get the chance to read or agree to myself. SUPER unprofessional. I took the GRE yesterday, and I was disappointed with the ProctorU service. I was not told I needed to download the LogMeIn application prior to my test session, as a result of which I had to spend time at the beginning of my session downloading and installing the application. Furthermore, I was not told I would need to enable certain settings for my proctor (like screen sharing and mouse control), which also took a lot of time to figure out. I did the required pre-checks and when the countdown clock read 0, clicked to access the protocol and exam. Would not work. Hours passed with me attempting contact with 'Chat' (only a bot) and calling proctor U tech support. Finally a proctor started his examination of my Apple M1 processor Laptop computer settings, screen, connections and just about everything. I had to grant permission for that. Proctor U is a pile of shit excuse for an online testing organization. They will terminate your test without any explanation or recourse, then provide no support when you try to get answers.They suck, I don't know why anyone would use this service especially Praxis ETS. 0 stars.

This is the WORST company I have every worked with. When you schedule an exam it takes about 1 hour, not exaggerating, 1 hour hour for them to log u in and help you get started. I am. Using them for the 3rd time because it is the only option my company allows and each time is worse then before. The program is also very invasive, needs access to your entire computer. Imagine you have an exam to take, you are stressed out and nervous, you log in, and nothing works. You now contact support and are grated by a bot, not a person.... read more

Terrible service. Unresponsive. The worst customer experience after DMV. Only robots in Customer Service even though they claim is a three-minute wait. There is certainly no sense of urgency.
