We are very thankful to Proctors for helping us get our rental vehicle back on the road quickly. While on vacation, our brake caliper seized up- and Proctor Automotive got the vehicle in right away and able to get the vehicle fixed within a day!! Very nice guy to work with and reasonably priced. While driving on 275, on our way to our son’s graduation in Miami, our minivan started flashing “check system” — not something you ever want to see on a long roadtrip. Somehow, the stars aligned for us. The flashing light happened right before the exit — and when we pulled off the highway, the first shop we found was Proctor’s. Proctor auto may be good mechanics but misdiagnosed my vehicle problem and cost me 1300 dollars for nothing I asked if there advice would fix my issue with my truck they assured me it would got my truck back and it has the same damn issue what a waste of our time and my money I do not recommend these guys whatsoever
