I was considering putting a loved one at your facility and was looking into the quality of staff who would be caring for my family member. I was concerned about the longevity of the day to day care giving staff due to the pay rate levels you are offering. Caregivers that handle the day to day care of the tenants are paid lower than or equal to entry level employees at McDonald's, Taco Bell, Menards, etc. yet they are expected to do a very difficult job.
