Excellent care! Excellent doctor! She explains everything u need know about your health in detail! She's empathetic and very professional! recommend 100%.
Front office staff and Dr. Proctor's assistant were friendly and welcoming. Can't say the same for Dr. Proctor. Don't know if she was having a bad day but she continuously discounted my requests and my symptoms. I know my body, it's quirks and rhythms. I will be looking for a new family physician. The checkout person wasn't having her best day either.
she was easy to talk with very understanding and put plans of action in place.
