I was very anxious walking in to set up a savings account and Vanessa is so pleasant and helpful. I felt so comfortable and she made it so painless. I really really appreciate her!
Never have had a problem. Been banking there for years. Yes, I have had to wait, but never for long. I keep enough money in our checking account to cover any situation, checks, pay online or auto deduct. Account holders responsibility to know how much in in their accounts. There is always the ATM to check your balances. Very happy with Proctor Credit Union and all the staff that work there.
Always had a great experience with drive through and getting loans at a phenomenal rate and the lowest extended vehicle warranties on the market!

Everytime i go to check my balance online there is a different reason as to why i'm not allowed to. From constant site maintenance to them not renewing their website certification. Overall terrible service. Edit: Still using this bank its been at least 5 months plus since my original review. They have done nothing to improve their service don't get me wrong the staff are super nice and professional it is the only reason i use them still.
