First I would like to say that I have been banking with PFCU for over 20 years and I must say that I have had nothing but great customer service. I have dealt with Katie Kitchenman from the very beginning when she was on 12th and Chestnut. Katie has been such a great person to work with all these years. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are truly satisfied and I can tell you that I have never been I unsatisfied with her.
