Horrible costumer service. These guys mark up materials 3 fold and the labor rate is at a maximum. No consideration for military veterans and disabled veterans, as they will not grant a discount for my valueable service to this country overseas. Their workmanship is about average...my advice is too stay away. You can get better work at much better pricing..

4. Jordon and the entire Proctor team were very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and they left our home clean every day. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a remodel or new build.
I am very fortunate to have had Proctor Custom Builders take over a job that someone else had started and left in a complete mess. This is an old townhouse that needed to be completely redone. Possibly it was too much for the first contractor as the project did not go well from day one. Knowing we had to make a change, we asked Jordan if they would be willing to complete the job even under such adverse conditions.
