We called in here recently to have a look around as i was interested in a car they had in stock. We walked in and no one said hello despite employees in the showroom, the guy sat behind the desk looked up and straight down he wasn’t on the phone he just ignored us. We were never asked if we were ok or if we needed assistance. This happened the last time i called in probably 12 months ago and the time prior so not a one off. Really disappointing.

Just had car serviced were been told proctors only topped oil up on there so called service alloy wheel been welded ac leaking been remapped so more on insurance promised full body mop and scratches sorted not I've got grand kids in elegal car so brase ur selves cause these are going have ya pants down avoid if possible oil leak as well

Had my first service on my defender 90 and my side steps fitted with Proctor cars. My car was kindly washed after its service, and my side steps looked amazing. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and felt I received an excellent service at a really good price. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my clients.

Brought f pace was told they would service the car had it a month had it service 2day was told its not been serviced for over a Yr they just topped oil up also took car bk as smoking found no fault took it proper garage was told its smoking because adblue as been deleted turbo blown washer bottle cracked brakes binding solicitor on the case I'm lucky enough that I work very close we visa good look
