Unprofessional behavior. Raising his voice and yelling at a client is unacceptable behavior. How he would believe it is acceptable to treat people with a lack of respect and dignity is astonishing for someone in this field.
Very dismissive....refused to reassess meds per my request. Incurious and opinionated.
