i do not know whats wring with all hate reviews but i guess its different day different shifts on duty here is my story. delivery!!!!! app 9am check in 859 live unloading quick in check in slide tandems u get the dock at the guard checkpoint starting unloading at 9:40 guess i will be out by 10 definitely good place

Gonna take over an hour just to pre check in at guard shack with 9-trucks in front of me! Total BS! Can’t plan ahead for nonsense like this.

This place is nightmare for driver when I check in the guard said go around the back of the building and wait for the call because right we got all dock are full when I got back there I don’t see any truck all docks are empty what can I do just the phone call I I’ve been waiting 2 hours now not call yet please avoid this place if you can

I had to make a delivery to this place, then come back two days later to pick up what I delivered. Tool gang box. I'm thankful for the security gate ppl that helped me get to the proper place to where I needed to deliver. Cause my paperwork had all the wrong contact person I fo on it. Imagine that. So the person that actually unloaded me. Signed my paperwork. I asked if I could use his name to get me back to where I needed to go when I came back two days later to pick up this piece.
