Had a food experience myself. Came in with a clean trailer 30 minutes early dressed like i was coming into a plant. Seems like attitude may play a role in your experience here. Treat others how you would like to be treated. No flip flops or Jesus sandals
Picked up a load there yesterday morning. Staff were extremely nice and friendly. I was in and out from dropping trailer to picking up trailer and checked out within 20 minutes. Nice indoor shack to keep you out of the elements. Trailer spots are marked very well overhead but also on the concrete. The far right lane there were 5 trucks parked waiting for appointments I would assume. I don’t know if that’s overnight parking or not.
Around 4-5 hours for loading. Cant checkin earlier, max 30 minutes before the app time. 3 stars
Zero stars! Appt: 19:00 1/19/26 Check in: 18:30 1/19/26 Check out: 9:30am 1/20/26 Delivery. Only 8 pallets Never again! Got dock next day at 8am in the morning. Very very slow unloading! People at the gate polite. But they will not help you. PG is bad and they don't care about you at all! Think twice about delivering here!
