This place is poorly ran. I checked in :30 before my appointment and so have set in a door for 6hrs. waiting to be unloaded while others come and go. This place is ridiculous and I hope to never come back again.
Driver checked in for the pickup at 8 am and was loaded by 10:15

Use East gate to check in, just follow tiny sign. Portable potties available. I been told that dock hours until 3pm by broker, but when arrived was told they are until 2pm, however they took me in at 2.06pm. thank you 😊
