Il s’agit de la deuxième grossesse (sur 3) où nous avons choisi d’aller chez Ovo pour les échographies, même s’il faut payer des frais. L’expérience est tellement meilleure qu’en hôpital. Roxanne est vraiment gentille, elle explique en détails ce qu’elle voit et elle peut très souvent determiner le sexe du bébé à la première échographie. Nous recommandons Ovo sans hésitation! Nous avons acheté deux toutous avec l’enregistrement du battement de coeur du bébé pour annoncer la grossesse à nos deux enfants. Merci Ovo!
I think staff on site is great thought I think the front desk could be more receptive to clients that walk in. Also note that when they call to confirn appointments they do not leave messages. However trying to reach anyone by phone is extremely difficult and for a paid service I would expect better. I am trying to reach someone about pictures that haven't been received and I left a message with archives and never received a call back. I'm not sure why we can't call the clinic directly. Having visited this clinic before as Procrea, I am so disappointed. It's transformation into Ovo has been awful. I haven't received my receipt by email or my photos, which is the whole point of a private clinic. You used to be able to call and speak to someone, or when you were there book an appointment. Now, you can do neither.
