Every time we have an appointment at the Gatineau Clinique it is a lovely experience. The receptionist are friendly and efficient. The varying techs are all amazing at their jobs. True professionals who are kind and caring. Dr. Himaya, although incredibly busy, never makes the appointments feel rushed. He answers our questions and handles the issues with kindness and understanding. I feel fortunate to be going through infertility with this team providing the service and care.

I have a 0900 appointment and I waited for ALMOST TWO HOURS without any notice. After an HOUR of waiting, I approached the receptionist and she told me that the doctor is "coming soon." I went back to the waiting area, 45 MINUTES have passed and there's still nothing. So, I went back to ask again and she told me that there's been a "mixed up with the appointment"- she could have told me this earlier but she had me wait without any explanation, not until I've decided to cancel and have a refund. I’m giving 2 stars just because the lady who did tele consultation was great and very professional. However, I was instructed to open a different file for my husband but in order to do that I need to have a file number and it must be provided by them. I tied to call how many times no answer, I did leave voicemail as well as send and email but never receive any call backs or response in the email. Now how can we proceed with the next step if I cannot have my husband file and his request for test?
