So far I think Procraft to be very unprofessional. I have had to call THEM back every step of the way. We had windows installed 20 yrs ago but only 1 has a broken seal and they are going to replace it no problem. Another one wasn't under warranty and having them replace it. After the bid I was waiting for them to contact me after windows came in so I finally called THEM about 2 weeks later since we were going to be away a few weeks in November. WOW! Can we give Procraft Windows 6 out of 5 Stars? Fantastic customer service from start to finish! A huge thank you to Paul, Brian, Carrie Lee, Tim, Steve and installers, all of whom were nothing less than stellar with the whole process of replacing our old windows and French doors. The speed and efficiency in which the work was done was amazing! We did have an issue with a couple windows that was addressed and handled swiftly. We couldn’t be any happier and highly recommend Procraft Windows!! Thank you all so much!
