I hired Pro Craft Design and Construction based on their Yelp reviews. The job was to do a kitchen ceiling replacement and to install a new sink. I wanted to work with people who were professionals and had a good sense of what could be done in a space. I certainly did get that with Pro Craft. The owner Glen was a pleasure to work with and the office manager was very responsive. At the end of the day, it’s the work that matters most and the work they did excellent. The ceiling looks amazing and the sink too.

They did a fabulous job on my neighbor’s house (roof and other jobs). Noticed discernible damage to mine while working on my neighbor’s roof. Issue was undetected by previous inspection of my roof ( different company). I was shown video and knew I had to address. Glenn came out and we had a discussion about my options. I was impressed with my neighbor’s recommendation and Glenn’s willingness to work with me (no pressure). I was verbally guaranteed professionalism and excellent workmanship. I easily received both. Our shower stall was in dire need of a face lift and our over due project was well worth the wait. In searching for a contractor i had a good feeling when reviewing his website and responses from home owners who worked with Glenn & his crew. Punctual, respectful, professional & neat were his crew & extremely loyal to Glenn, making sure we were happy with the outcome. Project was a SUCCESS! Thank you Glenn & Crew!

Working with Glen and his team was a great experience. The entire team showed dedication. They have such talent and offer ideas to make your home look even more amazing. They went above and beyond to create a beautiful staircase, painting the walls and installing new crown and base molding with new LVP floor. The masterpiece was the bathroom. We removed a tub and created a walk in shower. They worked so well with us and helped make our house a home. We will be calling them for more projects!!!

I could write at substantial length about my entire experience with Procraft. In sum, they were nothing short of first rate professionals who care about doing the work you need the right way. My project came first with constraints of the New York City DOB. More than a few contractors expressed, not only doubt that the work I wanted could be done the way I wanted it, but also had reservations dealing with the DOB.
