Buyer beware. A communication error between my contractor and their salesperson caused the wrong cabinets to be ordered/delivered. On the sample provided to my contractor, the cabinets were labeled 'Liberty Shaker Gibraltar Gray'. My contractor sent an order for Gibraltar Gray. According to the sales manager I spoke to to get this resolved, there are two types of Gray cabinetry. Belmont Gibraltar Gray and Liberty Shaker Gray. Worked with Timothy yang, very responsive and easy to work with.
Buyer beware. A communication error between my contractor and their salesperson caused the wrong cabinets to be ordered/delivered. Rather than replace the incorrect front panels, they offered a 'discount' to order the correct ones. As a business, if you own any of the fault (and the error could have been avoided with better communication from your team), you should take responsibility, correct the error, and guarantee the correct product is delivered.
