Had my first training session today. The owner Kasha is very knowledgeable. I would stongly reccomend this gym for anyone who is serious about results, or has been caught up in the normal spin cycle in and out of the large gyms. This may be a smaller gym, however the personal coaching is second to none. I can easily see how the first session could lead to a community that could support my goals without the normal arogance that seems to turn so many off from the normal gym expierience.
This is Review #1 - ProCore as a gym "Mature" is the best way I can describe the experience at ProCore. You're not going to find folks done up in makeup, trendy workout clothes. tripods with cameras filming for Facebook, or any of that nonsense. What you will find is a solid group of people (owner, trainers, and patrons alike) that are serious about personal fitness and health.
