I have been a member of Procore for...at least 7 years. I will probably always belong here because, well, you become family and friends with the people who work out there. These relationships create accountability and that is so important in your fitness journey. The owner, Kasia, is knowledgeable about every aspect of fitness and provides you with the best guidance possible! I can't recommend this place enough for a successful fitness journey! Plus, you get 2 weeks free!

Had my first training session today. The owner Kasha is very knowledgeable. I would stongly reccomend this gym for anyone who is serious about results, or has been caught up in the normal spin cycle in and out of the large gyms. This may be a smaller gym, however the personal coaching is second to none. I can easily see how the first session could lead to a community that could support my goals without the normal arogance that seems to turn so many off from the normal gym expierience.
