My husband and I have been so happy with Spire Pest Control. We’ve been dealing with wasps and they have been so fabulous with communication and coming out as soon as I text/call. They are extremely affordable and we just truly haven’t been happier!
Updated to 5 stars 11/5/25 After I expressed my disappointment in the last review, Kipp, the owner, called me and texted me the next day not only apologizing but wanting to make it right. They definitely did and I appreciate that customer satisfaction meant so much to him. They came by today and my husband said they were very knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely recommend! I'm really disappointed that I didn't seem to get the same 5 star experience everyone else did. 2 stars because the ladies I spoke to with customers service were kind and I didn't want to take out my displeasure on them. I made an appointment on Monday and said I didnt care if it was next week or this week. They scheduled me for Thursday.
