Good stuff
I am writing this review because I am really impressed with JCB as being my Vendor. Carsten at the Phoenix Az location has been a real God send to us and has always went above and beyond for my team. He always follows up and responds in a timely matter. He knows his parts and makes sure that we get the correct parts. He has come to our location just to verify what we are needing and has went out of his way to deliver the parts when he knows we are short on manpower. Absolute garbage! They do not guarantee their product. We hauled their generator from Arizona All the way to Colorado twice, to have them work on it, they couldn't fix it, then we hauled it to Las Cruces, New Mexico twice And they couldn't fix it. Took it back to them while it was still under warranty. Now they're suing us because of their garbage equipment! This is a horrible company, Run for your life!
What a great dealer with great people! We highly recommend these guys.
