I’ve been working in IT and using ProComm for 12 years now and we’ve always relied on ProComm for cabling, connectivity, mobility and VoIP phone service. Guy, Cam, Rob, Shelly and the rest of the team has been fantastic to work with and they treat us right. They are very solution oriented and it’s been very helpful for us.
Generally had good service from these guys. Recently I was helped by phone with an after hours defective smoke detector and with help was able to remove it so it didn't keep ringing in the night. The technician was very courteous and helpful in a timely and efficient manner which was very much appreciated.
There are pretty serious gaps in knowledge between their employees that make service very unpredictable. A simple request to change a phone system voicemail took three calls and a month of time. One employee didn't know what he was doing, the other forgot about the ticket, issue was resolved finally on the third call. I was promised a call back to confirm the issue was resolved, this never happened. At times it seems like they just don't care. They definitely aren't "phone experts" here.
ProComm has put a new phone system in our business group. Not only is the system easy to use, their tech have been nothing short of fast on service response, patient with all questions we have and patient and fast when it comes to any tweaks or adjustments we needed. Top notch to deal with, extremely impressed and would highly recommend.
They provided prompt and professional service every step of the way. We always love to get our products and support with ProComm!
