BEWARE!!! I have been forced to deal with this fraudulent company for many years because they did my original smart home setup which was a ******** ********. Everything they installed broke or malfunctioned within the first year. When they would come out to "repair" the issue, they would end up breaking something else. Regarding a recent initial installation of our Procom security system, the installer was prompt and very informative concerning how the system should be installed. Very much appreciated his detailed explanations of why different items should be installed as he was suggesting. Also appreciated that he was not trying to sell extra items that were not needed.

Procom is the best ! All the staff are knowledgeable and extremely nice . We’ve been using this company for all our business and residential needs for many years . They never disappoint .
