My vehicle was turned in after walking around the car with the person doing the estimate. At that time nothing was pointed out or marked as "prior damage" because the vehicle is rarely driven, garage kept, fairly new (*2023) and has only a few thousand miles added since it was purchased. Disappointing experience - Dropped off my car for a broken window and contrary to the verbal confirmation by ProColor that the broken window is covered while waiting for the spare part, I found my car after one week sitting there without any kind of cover. The interior of the car was covered in dust and dirt blown in by the wind. They didn't care too much about this untruth and only stated that the car will be detailed anyway.
