Booked a estimate through them, they first didn't book it properly resulting in me waiting around for about 5 hours.. and then when done they told me the guy left the building so I didn't even get an answer... then called back the next day and besides being snobby over the phone the level.of professionalism here is less than par.. could probably bring my truck in someone else and still hear back faster.. not impressed
I took my blazer in to get insurance work done. Not only were they all amazingly helpful but booked my rental. Fixed my blazer in 2 days and above all went above and beyond and detailed my car in and out. That's a $300 job just for in my car. Polished my tires all without my knowledge. This service doesn't happen anymore anywhere else. Unbelievable. Your team should be proud of how they operate and it starts at the top. Thank you so much. My family appreciated all of you. Thx
Brought my car into ProColor on some body work i needed to get done through my insurance. The staff were professional and great to deal with throughout my experience and the process was very straightforward. My car came back to me today in immaculate condition.
