When we received the vehicle back. The vehicle had white “chalky” bits all over it. The car was pulling to the right so I called to confirm if the wheel alignment was done. They mentioned I needed new front tires. Why did I have to call back for this info? Seems like this business is accustomed to doing the minimum for clients.
I am so happy with the service I received at ProColour Collision in West Edmonton. I was able to get booked within a few days and they finished the job within a couple hours! They are also honest, fair and reasonable with pricing. Incredibly happy with the service and quality job. Thank you Tracy and Jeff, I have a new favourite car shop!
