Would highly recommend Pro Color Collision in San Bernardino. Our brand new car was involved in a hit and run. GEICO referred us to this center and it was convenient location wise for us. The staff were super friendly, and provided us updates every Tuesday and Thursday on the status of our vehicle, parts being ordered, etc. When I went to pick up the car, it was in BEAUTIFUL condition. They even washed it and it almost looked detailed. I’d go to pro color again whenever needed!!
I don't Recommend this place. When I first dropped my car off to the shop the young lady that helped me didn't even mark my back head lights and other areas that was from me getting rear ended .I had to go ask her to come out again so she could look again .I also let her know that my vehicle was driving smooth Prior to the accident. And now it's Jerking she said they would check the car and be in contact .I got a email saying my car would be ready on a certain date .but no one ever called to say anything about the repairs so... read more
