DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE EVEN IF CAA TELLS YOU TO. This is their preferred shop and they have some questionable business practices. They repaired my vehicle after a small rear end collision but released it to us in an unsafe condition claiming all issues are aesthetic. The job of the body shop is to repair the vehicle safely, to OEM standard and pre-collision condition without issue. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Procolor ‘fixed’ my vehicle after I got rear ended in my brand new one month old van. We chose them because they were recommended by our insurance company. After getting the car back we realized it was not completely fixed. I have so many issues with the locking system of the car and the trunk was obviously not aligned properly. They insisted it was fine. 2 years later I still cannot lock my car and there is no beep sound after using my car especially in rainy weather. So disappointed.
