Very poor communication and customer service. Extremely slow repairs. I was sent there by the insurance to repair a damaged corner bumper. The shop never contacted me to communicate anything. I had to always call to get an update and find out what was taking so long. It took them a month to give me an appointment after first contact. It took them another month to make repairs. Worst customer service I’ve seen yet. Ps I swear I’m missing somethings that I definitely left in my glove box but oh well. I high recommend you find someplace else

by far the worst service, they lost the key to my car and still haven't found it, their original estimate was between $600 and $800 but when I asked for a written estimate they said it would be about $900. I have done business with the prior owners for years and the new owners don't follow the same protocol. I am still waiting to get my car Larry Freeman
I recently had my Suv repaired at Procolor and it was done quickly and very well done. And i was very impressed with the detail work they did on the clean up. Lucas was very good to deal with and when he said they wold clean my suv I did not expect it to be that clean . I highly would recommend Lucas and the team at Procolor. Thank you cheers . Fred Smith
I’ll never go back to Pro Colour. They gave my car back, was overspray all over the paint and glass. That’s a normal process of auto body painting. Mask properly and never allow this to happen. I had to take the car back and they removed it. Or said they removed it. But today I’m driving the car around and I can still see it on my glass. It’s very upsetting because my windshield is brand new and it was crystal clear before I took it to Pro Colour now it’s ruined.
