My car was broken into, and I booked with ProColor through my insurance. I had a PERFECT experience- they were kind, informative, and transparent through the whole process. My car came back looking better than it was before the break-in- everything fixed, cleaned, and polished. The repairs were fast too, I got it back much sooner than I expected. I don’t approve how they talk to they down on someone inappropriate . I’m glad I experienced in person shows a lot of their values.
They do good repair work but I was not pleased with the way u did not receive communication about my windshield I did not see any damage to my windshield from the hail storm I received no phone call telling me about my windshield they could have called to see what my options were instead of putting this aftermarket cheap windshield on my car and than the paperwork saying it was a Toyota windshield and it’s not and know giving me the run around saying it’s cheaper for me to go to the Toyota place where I have to pay out my po... read more
I brought my car in for hail damage and they were very helpful & kept me informed through the process. I had a small issue I had to come back to the shop for and they got it taken care of quickly and were so polite about everything.
