This was a place I took my car to through my Allstate insurance. I have the premium policy, which covers everything, and my car was only repaired cosmetically, not mechanically. There was a lot of bureaucracy involved with fraudulent insurance companies. ProColor Collision Chino didn't submit the reports, nor did they order a mechanical inspection. The repair needed seems ok, but they created other damage that never existed included a new windows i had just replaced before.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Monica at the front desk when I dropped off my Tesla for repairs and I have to say this has been the best experience dealing with a body shop. I have been in a couple incidents and was no very excited to visit another shop , however , your wonderful front desk associate was very accommodating and very knowledgeable.
