This place robs your good parts and use cheap incompatible parts to "fix" cars. This place either broke or changed my collision sensor and did not take accountability for that. "Managers" are never available when you have a complaint.
I’m only giving this a 5 start review because I have noticed that the owner only replies to high reviews. My truck was taken to Procolor at the Chino location for repairs from the Procolor Yucca Valley location and it was brought to my location from the Yucca Valley location that the Chino location ordered a new grille for my truck but ended up putting the old grille back on and keeping the new grille. I don’t know if this is a common practice with the Procolor for the Chino location, but that is not right and I’m sure it is... read more
