guy who works here was super helpful over the phone for sorting out a complicated accident that I was in - dedicated and friendly staff
I took my Pathfinder to ProColor yesterday where I met the front desk person, Jason. I needed a minor repair and had some scuffing caused by a small parking accident. Jason organized the repairs in a professional and friendly manner, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great service and I will return should I have the need for ProColor services. I do not often provide an excellent recommendation, but this business earned it.
I had an accident a few months and my insurance told me to go here. I would not recommend going here. 1. the first reason why not to come here was told "the car will be ready next week" 4 separate times, only for the day to come and pass with no car being returned. 2. When the car finally returned after five weeks (2 weeks longer than it was supposed to take). the repairs were so poorly done. The watertight seal was not on the property. The door makes a weird sound when you open it. The gas cap looks like it's going to fall ... read more
11/10 experience. Collision repair and paint job turned out great, but they also went around and did some minor fixes in and around my truck free of charge, returning my filth with a mini detail. Above and beyond to say the least.
