I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at ProColor Collision. They took three separate attempts to properly fix my vehicle, which caused major delays and forced us to keep a rental vehicle for much longer than expected. Because of their delay, Enterprise charged my credit card — a cost that should have been covered by insurance. This is the second time I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service at ProColor Collision Brampton. For the past two months, I’ve been misled and ignored regarding the replacement of a faulty light that was installed during a previous repair. The issue was misdiagnosed, and a substandard aftermarket part was used instead of a proper replacement. Shop was suggested by my insurance for replacement of rear bumper. Parts arrived in about 8-10 days. The job was 2 days. I was called to the shop by the front end team and the car was ready for pickup by day 2. Michelle and others at front were polite and personable. Regular updates were provided over email. The quality of repair was acceptable but not excellent. The reason may be aftermarket parts. Overall the experience was satisfactory.
