Buyer Beware - they do NOT know what they are doing. Cannot install a hi recovery unit for the life of them. Had a unit installed in 2009 and it's been NOTHING but heartache; Charlie has wiped his hands of the situation and has not returned calls. I suggest using a more reputable company; go to Angies List - ProCold is NOT even on there!!!!
