I have a text that says he just looked down from a second story roof to inspect it all. He didn't inspect he glanced and did a bad job. Update 12/13/2024. They did not inspect incorrect dryer vents. We are having broken dryers due to vents being incorrect. You suck Procode.
Pro Code was contracted out by the Town of Berthoud to do residential inspections on my new home in the Vantage Subdivision. They did an absolutely horrible job inspecting my home. Numerous things were missed, including multiple structural issues. I only found out about many of them after I hired not just one but two private home inspectors. Do yourself a favor if Pro code is inspecting your new home, get your own inspector prior to closing to find all the issues Pro Code might have missed on your house. Not sure why Town of... read more
