I have had the pleasure of working with Procoat on 2 houses. One is an 1800's Victorian with cedar siding and the other is a 2007 stucco home. They handled both for very reasonable prices and the quality and workmanship are second to none. Highly recommend that you skip a low ball estimate and go with people that have seen and can deal with it all.
