Mr. Neal and his team were amazing people to work with all around, would recommend to everyone. A day after the hurricane, Mr. Neal took the time to visit us, patched the roof for us by himself and talked us through the whole process and explained what will happen. Then shortly after, the field adjuster came and he(Neal) made sure to be there and personally inspect the damages with the adjuster to make sure no damages were left out. This guy doesn’t pay attention to noise ordinances in Houston City limits. His crew came around 7am.
I had my roof changed two years ago while I was out of the country the process was straight forward. After the hurricane I had some leaks and they were able to come and fix it pretty quickly. Professional and reliable! Would definitely recommend!
