Would give 10 stars if I could. They have to be your first call for anything related to asbestos. Very knowledgeable, kind, and explains things in laymens terms for the majority of homeowners who need it. Also a free service call - I did not even end up needing their services and he spent a lot of time explaining my options when I had an asbestos scare.

After a pre dawn water issue ProClean responded in a very timely fashion. Mark lead the crew who were very hard workers and extremely polite. They brought 5 workers for the home reset, including 2 females , who make such a difference on this kind of job. All the furniture that was in the garage was cleaned before it came in the house. They kept the remainder of our belongings very well packed in a room not affected by the water damage. They were very careful with our belongings. I highly recommend ProClean to anyone dealing with fire or water damage. After experiencing a water leak, I contacted three other mitigation companies before finally reaching out to ProClean—and the difference was night and day. The first company, ServiceMaster, nearly caused more damage than they prevented. The second, Rainbow Restoration, refused to work on a project that another company had already touched. I can’t say enough good things about ProClean, but especially Seth. Not only did he take excellent care of my home during a water damage situation, but a year later I reached back out needing some documents from the claim, and he went above and beyond to track everything down for me. It would have been very easy for him to brush it off since so much time had passed, but instead he jumped through hoops to help me get the information I needed.
