It was a great experience. Fast, thorough, polite. We are very happy.
They came out with a carpet cleaning van with an air compressor. They used a small shop vac to clean out under the registers and blow the dust back down the vents and returns. They vacuumed our furnace blower with the carpet cleaning vacuum but didn’t vacuum any of our duct lines. They didn’t use the whip cleaning tool on their videos in any of our duct lines. We called ProClean because our dryer had been taking 2-3 cycles to dry a set of clothes. The vent was filthy but Sam did a wonderful job cleaning it! He showed up on time and was thorough, fast and polite. Our dryer works great now! Thank you so much for your great service!
I really liked this local air duct cleaning company. I usually use some big nationwide cleaning companies but this time we decided to use someone local to support local business during pandemic times. We were not disappointed this time, Proclean guys showed themselves as professionals and honest people, they cleaned our duct system and dryer vent, everything looks nice and clean now and we will recommend Proclean to friends and family
ProClean guys came on time, uniformed and having protective gear on (masks, shoe covers, gloves) during this pandemic time, it is a big plus. They cleaned air ducts and dryer vent leaving no mess behind. They are true professionals and I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. 5 Stars
